Northbridge Dental in Waterloo, Ontario, is growing rapidly and in view of this expansion, we are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team. We offer competitive opportunities in a supportive environment, with work timings that may vary between winter and summer seasons All positions require candidates to have valid residency or work eligibility in Ontario, Canada, and the ability to commute to our clinic in Waterloo for scheduled work days.

Important Note: Candidates must be able to work on Saturdays—this is a key requirement for all roles. If Saturday availability cannot be accommodated, please do not apply.

Common Requirements and Information

  • Salary will commensurate with experience for all positions except Floater, which will start at the basic minimum salary as per Ontario minimum wage.
  • Knowledge of practice management software (PMS) like ClearDent is advantageous for all roles.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in a second language such as Malayalam or Hindi is considered an asset.
  • Certain certifications are mandatory: HARP certification, WHMIS training, BLS certification OR CPR certification.
  • Only apply as a Dental Assistant or Dental Receptionist/Administrative Assistant if you have direct prior experience in those specific roles. Candidates without that experience should apply for the Floater position instead; a basic understanding of dentistry—including common treatments (e.g., cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, root canals), dental terminology, instruments, and typical clinic procedures—is required to support effective training over time.
  • Positions may start part-time with potential for increased hours based on experience, commitment, and availability. Number of hours will be communicated if selected after the interview.
